Where do I start?
First of all you need to Sign Up. Then log in using the link in your welcome email and familiarise yourself with the admin panel before choosing your theme, adding any widgets you like or simply just start blogging! We have a few How-To videos in production to help you along the way and they should be here soon.
Can I change the theme of my blog?
Yes! Log in to your admin panel > Click ‘Appearance’ > Click ‘Themes’ > Browse and Preview the available themes and click ‘Activate’ to select the new theme.
Can I upload my own theme?
No, unfortunately you cannot upload your own theme but if you come across or create a theme that you think we’d like then please do get in touch.
Can I have Ads on my blog?
Yes, we support only direct Ad Sales (if the theme supports it) Check your ‘Current Theme Options’ under Appearance.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! You can use your own domain name at no additional cost. You will need to submit a support ticket for this and you will also be required to update DNS settings with your domain registrar. (We can’t provide support for that)
Can I change my username or blog address?
No. You can change your nickname (name which appears on posts) but your username and blog address cannot be modified.
